Many of the original reels came from the supply house with a rubber band as a wire keeper.  Some reels also utilized "Smart Reels" to gauge how much wire was loaded onto the reel.  Each reel has been measured with a Uei CLM100 cable length meter, marked with the length, and re-wrapped with shrink wrap.
